Returns
All returns carry 25% handling fee and are accepted to 14 Days of purchase.
Refunds will not be given to opened goods. Return postage paid by you.
In
the event of a faulty or damaged product(s) a refunded will not be issued. But
faulty or damaged products WILL be exchanged free of charge. You Will Not incur
a handling fee nor a return postage fee.
Incorrect
orders sent by Nice Stuff will be exchanged free of charge or you may have the
option of a full refund when product(s) are returned undamaged and unopened.

Terms and Conditions
Orders
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days from the date placed.
Some delays may be experienced if orders are made during or near the date of
public holidays.
All
orders incur a 10% GST.
Delivery
Times
Delivery times are the sole liability of the customer. You will be advised on
unexpected delays when ordering.
Delivery
You the customer will have the option of selecting Regular Australia Post or
sent via Registered Australia Post for a safer monitored delivery. We will not
be held liable for lost of goods sent via regular Australia Post. A handling
fee of $2.50 applies to every order.
International
purchases are sent via Australia Post Air Mail;
However international purchases may incur an import tax or duty tax on sent
orders. This fee/charge is wholly the responsibility of the customer. Nice Stuff
cannot be held responsible for any government or authority charges.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct deposits and Cheques. Cheques must be banked
and cleared before goods are dispatched. Goods will remain the property of Nice
Stuff until full payment has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of purchase date,
via email or phone. Already sent items Will not be cancelled.
Errors
Any order errors made by Nice Stuff must be brought to our attention within
7 Days of the purchase received. Errors brought to our attention within 7 days
will be replaced/amended free of charge. Orders that exceed the 7 day period
will be considered as order complete and Nice Stuff will not be held responsible
for any mistakes/errors.
Product
Materials
As we focus on selling quality consistent products, certain products/items being
hand-made or made under mass production may have a slight colour variation,
pattern, texture, size, finish. Nice Stuff is not liable for minor differences,
as we have no control over the manufacturing process.
Do-it
Yourself invitations
NO Responsibility will be taken on the outcome of the Do-It-Yourself Invitations.
Stock
Availability
We try to stock all products at all times, if by chance a certain product is
out of stock, you will be notified. You may cancel your order or wait for product
to arrive.
